Cumulus Linux 3.1.1 contains bug fixes and the following early access features.

No special steps are needed to enable PFC and ECN, and you do not need to enable the Early Access repository to use them. You need to install the cumulus-evpn metapackage to use EVPN; read the EVPN chapter for instructions.
