Cumulus Linux 3.1.1 contains bug fixes and the following early access features.
Priority flow control (PFC) - Mellanox switches only
Explicit congestion notification (ECN) - Mellanox switches only
Ethernet virtual private networks (EVPN) - Broadcom switches only
No special steps are needed to enable PFC and ECN, and you do not need
to enable the Early Access repository to use them. You need to install
cumulus-evpn metapackage to use EVPN; read the EVPN chapter
